microchip and transfer fee for microchip (we handle the paper work before you leave the kennel so the puppy is registered to you with Avid before leaving the premises) and our health guarantee. With each puppy you receive a collar and leash, a blanket with the mother’s scent and a bag with starter food, treats, and a toy. In addition you receive a Puppy Kit from Purina and a coupon for 10% off the price of Spay and Neutering with Dr. Steve Jacobs, veterinarian and owner of SportsVet Animal Medical Center in Savoy, Illinois.
